The Strata Manager will require a Vendor’s Authority to allow access to the Strata/Community Association/Neighbourhood Association records. This authority may be obtained through your solicitor/conveyancer or possibly through the Real Estate Agent acting on the sale.

Once the Inspection Request has been received by the Strata Manager, an Invoice will be sent for payment, direct Bank Deposit is the easiest method of payment.
